GeoCloaker

Terms of service

1. The parties and the service

These terms cover use of geocloaker.com and the GeoCloaker service. The site operator and administrator is the party that provides the service. The service reads a country from an IP address and sends the visitor to a destination the user configured. It is not legal advice, it does not promise that country detection is accurate, and it is not responsible for content at a destination.

2. Agreement

Registering, signing in, publishing a link, or continuing to use the service after these terms change is agreement to these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the service.

3. Account and trial

The user is responsible for keeping access details secret and for every action taken from the account. A new account gets one 10-day trial. The same email does not get another trial. When the trial ends, links that were already published keep routing. Publishing a new link requires an active plan.

4. Plans and prices

Basic: up to 5 different links, $10 a month or $100 a year. Advanced: up to 20 different links, $15 a month or $150 a year. Professional: up to 200 different links, $35 a month or $350 a year. The yearly price is one payment in advance for twelve months. A paid plan starts only after a confirmed USDT payment for that exact price, or after an administrator records it. Showing a price does not charge a card. A payment that does not match an open invoice is not applied until an administrator reviews it.

5. The user is solely responsible

The user alone chooses destinations, country rules, and the traffic they send. The user is responsible for having the right to send visitors to those destinations, for the use being lawful in the relevant countries, and for not violating rights, a contract, or a third party's advertising rules. The operator is not a party to the relationship between the user, visitors, advertising providers, or destination-site owners.

6. No warranties

The service is provided as is and as available. The operator does not promise that the site will run without interruption, that detection will be accurate, that a short link at an outside provider will stay active, that statistics will be complete, or that an outside destination will open. Mobile networks, VPNs, proxies, and shared addresses can appear as a different country.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent mandatory law allows, the operator, anyone acting for the operator, and anyone involved in running the site will not be liable to the user or to a third party for any damage, direct or indirect, consequential, special, or punitive, including lost profit, lost data, lost reputation, a blocked link, a redirect to the wrong country, downtime, delay, or an act of an outside provider. If liability is found despite this, it is limited to the amount actually paid to the operator for the service during the three months before the event. If nothing was paid, the cap is zero. These terms do not exclude liability that mandatory law does not allow to be waived, including fraud or willful misconduct.

8. Indemnity

The user will indemnify the operator and anyone acting for the operator against any claim, demand, fine, damage, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from links the user published, destinations the user set, traffic the user sent, or a breach of these terms.

9. Outside providers and suspension

Short links, hosting, and payment may be provided by third parties under their own terms. The operator may suspend an account, pause a link, or block access if there is a suspicion of unlawful use, harm to the service, or a breach of these terms. Suspension does not create a right to compensation.

10. Law and changes

The law of the State of Israel governs these terms. Exclusive jurisdiction is with the competent courts in Israel. The operator may update these terms, and the text published on the site is the controlling text. A material update applies to use that continues after it is published. Last updated 26 October 2026.
