Use cases

Where a Country Link Is Useful

These are ways to organize destinations you already control. GeoCloaker does not review the destination, and it does not make a campaign comply with an advertising network's rules. That remains the account holder's responsibility.

One link for an international campaign

Put the same public link in an email, a profile, or an ad. Visitors whose address is read as the United States can open the US page, visitors read as Germany can open the German page, and everyone else can open the default. When a landing page moves, you change the destination in the dashboard. People who already have the link do not need a new one.

Regional landing pages

A rule can cover one country or several. English-speaking countries can share one page, and a single country can have its own page. Countries you do not list use the default destination. If you would rather show an error than send an unknown country somewhere, leave the default empty.

Affiliate and partner links

An offer URL often changes while the place you shared the link does not. GeoCloaker keeps the public path and, when a short link was published, leaves that short link in place. Archive is the way to stop routing without deleting the short link. Check the partner's terms before you send their traffic through a redirect.

Localized content

Point each country at the language or regional page you want. The {country} token can add the detected code to a destination path. This follows the IP lookup. It does not read the visitor's language setting, and a VPN or mobile network can be classified as a different country.
